Christian Bateka / C&E System
History: It started in 2012, when I was doing my degree in Law at University of Lubumbashi, in Democratic Republic of Congo. I realized challenges that sub Saharan parliament were facing and the pain felt by Parliamentarians. Therefore, these challenges have not been addressed by developers who digitalize parliament’s activities and task. I took three years to collect information of analyzing my potential competitors and parliament’s activities.
I mixed my Marketing, law and Development Skills to have “Smart Parliament” and created an organization called “C&E System.”
Vision & Mission: My motto: “Africa is breathing” constitutes my biggest vision, which is to blow Africa and my country the Democratic Republic of the Congo in particular whose image is linked to evils and problems. I want to bring solutions to sub-Saharan problems through software, designed to make the community live and benefit the users and myself – a designer.
I am inspired by Romans 8:19 “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.” And the summary of the book of Matthew 5 where Jesus Christ shows us the impact and role that we must have as salt and light of the world.
My aim is to contribute and address the challenges of my community through Software.
